Johnathan Watson and Sam Christie of the under 17s have been selected to represent Scotland in the Home international championship been held in Newcastle in May/June 2009.

The 2 Kirrie boys, along with the Broughty Athletic goalkeeper, were the only players from the Dundee & District league that were selected to represent their country.
